Ironclad Group was established in 2025 by Shelton George and Carmen Wilson-George. They saw engineering and construction as sectors where people could find meaningful employment, develop their skills and build lasting careers.
That belief shaped the business from the beginning. Our name reflects the strength we want our work to represent, and the trust and reliability we value in our people and relationships.

Shelton George
Managing Director
Shelton brings more than 20 years of experience working on and managing projects in the private and public sectors, including construction and engineering. As Managing Director, he leads Ironclad Group with a focus on people, trust and cooperation.
